David Becker graduated from Boiling Springs High School in 1997. At a young age, David began working at his family’s business – Fitness Image Health Club in Carlisle, Pa eventually rising to the role of general manager over a period of eight years. In 1999, David first entered residential real estate with the former Jack Gaughen Realty office in Carlisle. In addition, David has worked throughout the northeast area of the country for a major telecommunications company mastering the roles of sales, marketing, and operations – attributes that have served him well working with buyers and sellers, marketing their properties, and ultimately getting the deal closed. David is one of the very few real estate agents in the Hershey area who has earned the coveted Seller Representative Specialist designation as well as the Accredited Buyer Representative credential – making Team Becker the obvious choice when looking for a Realtor to help you buy or sell a home! David is also one of the few agents in the area who has attained his Pennsylvania real estate broker license. David is married to Carin and lives in the Carriage Park neighborhood with his family. Carin Becker, formerly Carin Jacoby graduated from Annville-Cleona High School in 1998. During high school, Carin enjoyed working with seniors at the Twin Oaks Nursing Home in Campbelltown. In addition, many people may recognize her from the 9 years she spent assisting Lebanon County residents at Community Family Health Care in Lebanon. Recently, Carin has spent the last five years perfecting her sales, marketing, and negotiating skills working with a Fortune 50 company throughout the area. Obtaining her real estate education, getting licensed as a REALTOR, and joining Keller Williams has allowed Carin to combine three passions – love for people, her community, and real estate. Carin is married to David and has two children – Maddie (a Penn State freshman) and Joshua (a Palmyra Cougar freshmen). Carin has also earned her Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) credentials and is currently working on her broker’s license. Sarah Gray, formerly Sarah Augustine started her real estate career after working as an executive admin within the Team Becker organization. After mastering the role from the inside, customer demand led for the need to Sarah to become a licensed Realtor and now Sarah specializing as a “buyer’s agent” and helps clients find their perfect next home. This role is full service and Sarah is happy to assist through all stages of the transaction – from mortgage pre-approval, to home selection, to writing/negotiating the offer, the inspection and appraisal phases and all the way to settlement!
